I want to keep sharing the message because I know a lot of people have similar stories that they can share. And I want to make sure that that people get motivated to do this as well.

The stigma behind a struggle with pornography often prevents people from sharing their story. The problem is, this often leads to someone feeling alone in their situation. This week, Creed and Crishelle chat with Stephen Edgington about how sharing his story taught him about how important connection is, whether you struggle with pornography or know someone who is struggling.
In this episode:
- Satan wants those who struggle to believe they’re alone so they feel shame in their story.
- Practice opening up to people you trust to learn how to share your story.
- If someone doesn’t react well, you don’t have to continue to share with them.
- Set boundaries with the use of technology.
- Self doubt prevents you from sharing your story.
Stephen Edgington is a newlywed and a BYU Pathways student working towards a degree in HR, a goal he has had for a long time. After struggling with pornography and other addictions for many years, Stephen has recently started to share his story, hoping that his example will encourage others to break the silence.
