Ty Mansfield
With how many distractions there are in the world around us, learning to sit still and observe our own emotions and bodies can be quite difficult. In this episode, Creed and Crishelle talk with Ty Mansfield about how the still of practicing mindfulness can improve our lives, whether we are overcoming pornography or just learning how to handle our emotions.

Ty Mansfield, PhD, is a practicing marriage and family therapist and an adjunct instructor in Religious Education at Brigham Young University. Ty completed his undergraduate work in Asian Studies and has been actively practicing mindfulness for over ten years and is a certified mindfulness meditation teacher. Ty’s primary areas of specialization in therapy are healthy sexuality, including research and advanced training in addressing sexual addiction, betrayal trauma, infidelity, sexual abuse, sexual and gender identity conflicts, and sex therapy. Ty and his wife, Danielle, and their five children live in Spanish Fork, Utah.
